BUSINESS MULTI-SERVICE is a product of Genie Marketing Concepts Namibia (pty) Ltd (GMC), Registration 2004/0148, which specializes in business advisory and development with a special focus on direct sales and administrative support in general. The Business Multi-Service product provides services to small, medium and large businesses with assistance in:

Ø  Financial Planning & Investments Services (savings, investments, wills, testaments),

Ø  legal compliance to commercial laws and other local authorities business regulations,

Ø  Sales, Marketing and business development consultations,

Ø  access to legal advice for crucial business decisions,

Ø  work permits, immigration or emigration related services,

Ø  labour related issues,

Ø  business registration and incorporation,

Ø  business brokerage and networking,

Ø  Tax & Accounting services; commercial billing and payment solutions by focusing exclusively on closed-loop, net-pay programs for its business to business clients,

Ø  Access to SAPIENT ready to use business forms,

Ø  Effective corporate debt collection,

Ø  Assistance to international companies (local respresentation & admin services),

Ø  IT & business communication advisory services,

Ø  Financing assistance for business expansion and property acquisition only through our strategic associate SME Fund,

All for a nominal fixed monthly service fee starting from N$216.52 to N$950 per month on terms and conditions with contract lengths from 3 months to 60 months.

BMS SUBSCRIBERS SERVICES

BUSINESS MULTI-SERVICE PACKAGE;

Entrepreneurs, individuals and businesses subscribed to the Business Multi-Service Package benefit from access to administrative business support services on standby from 6am to 6 pm 7 days a week via face to face consultations (week days only), telephonic, sms or e-mail consultation when in need of services which include;

Ø  Financial Planning & Investments Services (savings, investments, wills, insurance, testaments)

Paid up subscribers to the service benefit from FREE consultations with or without appointments, face to face or telephonic consultations from a registered NAMFISA agent, broker of financial services. BMS members are able to effect buy into savings, make investments, purchase insurance, establish living wills and testaments and get general investment, savings and insurance services. Clients are entitled to unlimited access to a consultant for financial planning and investments services and can see an advisor as many times as necessary.

Ø  legal compliance to commercial laws and other local authorities business regulations,

Paid up subscribers to the service benefit from FREE legal consultations with or without appointments, face to face or telephonic consultations from a qualified jurist, law degree holder, admitted lawyer or practicing lawyer registered with the Law Society, clients are entitled to 4 FREE consultations monthly on business related matters only.

ü  Assistance with interpretation of legal documents served on client

ü  Drafting of Legal contracts

ü  Assistance with regulatory permits and business licenses (extension of liquor license, municipal authorizations etc..)

ü  Isuance of legal strong letters of demand

Paid up subscribers to the service benefit from FREE sales, marketing and business development consultations with or without appointments, face to face or telephonic consultations from a GMC consultant, clients are entitled to 4 FREE consultations monthly on business related matters only.

Paid up subscribers to the service benefit from assistance from a Home Affairs / immigration agent for submission of documents FREE of any fees. Free advice telephonically from an experienced agent, clients are entitled to 10 FREE telephone consultations monthly and 4 assistance for home affairs related services.

ü  Assistance with work permits

ü  Assistance with permanent residence permits

ü  Assistance with foreign partners business visa applications

ü  Assistance with any home affairs permit related to business

Ø  labour related issues,

Paid up subscribers to the service benefit from FREE labour related advice with or without appointments, face to face consultations or telephonic consultations from a qualified are registered labour practitioner, clients are entitled to 10 FREE telephone consultations monthly and 4 labour related instances needing intervention:

ü  drafting of employment policies and procedures

ü  Assistance with disciplinary hearings

ü  Assistance with conciliation and arbitration meetings

ü  Any labour related matter.

Ø  business registration and incorporation,

Paid up subscribers to the service benefit from FREE assistance for registration or incorpoation of businesses with or without appointments, face to face or telephonic consultations from any BMS partner offering the service, clients are entitled to 10 FREE telephone consultations monthly 4 instances of assistance for registration or incorporation of new companies, stamp duties are for the clients’ account.

Registrations; VAT import, social security, sme certificate, municipal business registration etc….

Incorporation: creation of a new company closed corporations only, subscriber must be a shareholder.  

Ø  business brokerage and networking,

Paid up subscribers to the service benefit from FREE business brokerage and networking assistance when trying to sell the business, in search for new business partners or in search of investors. GMC offers this service as a consultations with or without appointments, face to face or telephonic consultations from a GMC consultant, clients are entitled to unlimited consultations monthly for business brokegare and networking assistance.

Ø  Tax & Accounting services; commercial billing and payment solutions by focusing exclusively on closed-loop, net-pay programs for its business to business clients,

Paid up subscribers to the service benefit from FREE assistance monthly for tax and account services through a BMS partner, clients are entitled to 10 telephonic consultations monthly and 4 face to face consultations on tax or accounting related matters.

Client will have access to 4 services provided free of charge monthly

ü  Payment of annual stamp duties

ü  Filing of VAT return

ü  Filing of Income tax return

ü  Filling of Provisional return

Paid up subscribers to the service benefit from FREE ready to use business forms available from SAPIENT, clients are entitled to 10 original SAPIENT ready to use business foms.

SERVICES REQUESTED BEYOND THE MONTHLY ALLOWANCE WILL BE CHARGED AT 60% OF THE ADVERTISED COST OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY GMC, OR STRATEGIC PARTNERS.
